IT'S OUR WEDDING RECEPTION!
We finally made it, two years after we got married and we're so happy you can join us to celebrate! We've set up this site to give you all the information you need to know for our wedding reception. We know you may be making a long journey to be with us on the 27 August, so we want to do everything we can to make things as easy as possible for you.
We're busy making final arrangements so that we're all prepped and ready for one big celebration with you! If you haven't done so already, please let us know you're still coming so we can confirm final numbers with the venue.

THE
RECEPTION
Join us for food, drinks and dancing (plus a few surprises!) in the Mayfield Room, with adjoining marquee and private lawn area just outside.
Festivities begin at 4.00pm, with a drinks reception followed by a hot and cold buffet at 5.30pm. Drinks are available throughout the evening, and when the free ones run out, there is a private bar at the rear of the Mayfield Room, just for us.
Dance the night away until 12.00 midnight, including a set from our very own DJ @jive_juice. There is plenty of seating around if you'd prefer to sit and chat (or for anyone with sore feet!). The public bar just next door is open until 2.00am to wind down and chat with new friends and old, for anyone still awake!
GETTING
THERE
TRANSPORT
The venue is on the outskirts of Sheffield and approximately five miles from Sheffield Train station. If you're traveling by train, there is a large taxi rank at the station and it should take around 15-20 mins to get to The Norfolk Arms.
There is a large (free) car park at The Norfolk Arms, with additional parking across the road at Lady Canning’s Plantation, just off Sheephill Road. If you have a camper van you can stay overnight in the Norfolk Arms car park. Please phone the venue first to let them know! 0114 230 2197
ACCOMMODATION
If you have been allocated a room at The Norfolk Arms, we will let you know your individual room number nearer the time. All rooms have been paid for already and you don’t owe us anything for your stay, your company is more than enough! A full, cooked breakfast is included.
If you haven't been allocated a room, there are plenty of places to stay nearby. There are lots of options on Airbnb too:

Join us on Sunday (28th) for drinks and nibbles back at ours, to relax and wind down from the evening before. If the weather's nice we'll move into the garden for some fresh air!
